A cracking label, and a cracking wine. From the much sought-after La Consulta region in the Uco Valley, the Hermandad Malbec is a full bodied, rich wine with ripe black fruits, rich cherries and juicy plum flavours, along with hints of violets and vanilla. Lovely silky texture and a long finish.
Benegas Estate Malbec
Gualtallary is a cool, high altitude region, so Malbec from this part of the Uco Valley is more restrained, with delicate notes of violets, strawberries and red plums. Aged in French oak for 6 months, the finish is velvety and smooth with fine, integrated tannins.
